As noted in the SENS announcement of 31 May 2023, Tradehold Limited has recently changed its name to “Collins Property Group Limited”. The company is currently undertaking a process to update all regulatory documents with the name change, including references to “Tradehold” on this website. We value your patience while this process is being finalised.

Tradehold is a property investment holding company listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) whose main focus areas are in South Africa, in which its property holdings are concentrated in its 74,3% held subsidiary Collins Group. Tradehold also owns a number of properties in Southern African countries outside South Africa, and then mainly in neighbouring Namibia.
